Here is the link to Julie’s earthquake safety song written and recorded yesterday as a fundraiser for the Champion Centre. Many of the families are in shock and all children and parents need something quick and easy that you can remember. They will be teaching this to all families next week. the song will be available on itunes at the end of next week but you can hear it on You tube.

Genevieve will hold classes at the Darfield Rec Centre (Civil Defence Headquarters) Friday morning at 10am.

Musikool Kids is on at Christchurch North Methodist Church (previously Papanui Methodist) cnr Chapel St and Harewood Road on Friday at 10am. Older Siblings most welcome.

Breakfast Church with Music and Movement is back on this Sunday at St Albans Uniting cnr Knowles St and Nancy Ave. Bring the family for breakfast and music. 

Music and Movement classes in Mount Pleasant and Linwood will carry on as normal tomorrow. This will give parents in these areas an opportunity to meet up and discuss their situations, while allowing the children to have a little of their routine return.

Kidz Muzic with Eileen and Shirley at the Mount Pleasant Presbytarian Church is on Thursday morning at 10am and 11.30am.

Jody’s Music and Movement is on at Linwood Avenue Union Church at 10.30am.

We will update this website with classes that are happening as we are advised of them.

At this stage while schools, early childhood centres and council facilities are closed there will be many Musical Parenting sessions unable to go ahead due to safety issues.
